Order Changes & Cancellation

Order Changes

  • Requests for order changes, including delivery address, recipient name, or delivery date, may be submitted as long as the flowers have not yet been prepared.
  • Arrangements are prepared approximately 2 hours before the selected delivery window, therefore all change requests must be received prior to that time.

Order Cancellations

Full Refund (48 Hours or More Before Delivery)

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received 48 hours or more before the start of the selected delivery window.

After 48 Hours / Less Than 48-Hour Notice

If a cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery window:

  • If the arrangement has not yet been prepared (arrangements are prepared 2 hours before delivery), the order may be held for future use or issued as store credit.
  • If the arrangement has already been prepared, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may still update the delivery address or recipient name to redirect the flowers to another recipient.

How to Request Changes or Cancellations
