Return & Refund

At Niolia, each arrangement is handmade with care and created fresh for your order. Because flowers are perishable and made specifically for each customer, refunds are not offered. However, we are committed to resolving any issues related to quality or order accuracy.

Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements (not refunds) are available in the following situations:

1. Damaged Flowers on Arrival

If your flowers arrive visibly damaged or in poor condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive a completely different arrangement from what was ordered, we will replace it.

Please note that substitutions made due to seasonal availability or market conditions do not qualify as incorrect items. Substitution guidelines are outlined in a separate policy.

3. Quality or Short Vase Life

We guarantee that our flowers will last at least 3 days after delivery with proper care.

If your arrangement shows clear signs of premature wilting, excessive shedding, or noticeably poor freshness within the first three days, a replacement will be provided.

What We Need From You

To process a replacement request, please email hello@niolia.com with the following information:

  • Order number (if available)
  • Your full name
  • Clear photos of the arrangement showing the issue

This allows us to review the situation and assist you as efficiently as possible.

Timeframes for Reporting an Issue

  • Damaged flowers or incorrect item: must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Quality concerns or early wilting: must be reported within 3 days of delivery

Requests submitted outside these timeframes may not be eligible for replacement.

No Returns Accepted

Because each arrangement is created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold, physical returns are not accepted after delivery, unless requested by Niolia for review (which is rare).

Custom & Made-to-Order Arrangements

All arrangements, including custom designs and standard website orders, are made to order and are non-refundable.

If an eligible issue occurs, a replacement will be provided in accordance with this policy.
