Delivery Area

Niolia delivers throughout San Francisco and within a 20-mile radius, including:

• San Francisco County

• San Mateo County

• Marin County

• Alameda County

• Parts of Contra Costa County

Delivery Schedule

• Same-Day Delivery: Available seven days a week for orders placed before 4 PM local time.

• Next-Day & Future Delivery: Available for any future date selected at checkout.

Customers select a two-hour delivery window at checkout. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Conditions

Complimentary delivery includes one delivery attempt.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Recipient unavailability

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Restricted building access

• Unsafe drop-off conditions

The arrangement will be returned to the studio and a $30 redelivery fee will apply.

Safe Drop-Off Policy

Flowers may be left unattended only at private residences when the area appears secure.

Niolia does not leave arrangements unattended at:

• Apartment buildings

• Public entrances

• High-traffic locations

Driver discretion applies to protect the flowers.

Responsibility

Delivery fees are non-refundable once an attempt has been made.

Niolia is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

• Incorrect address information

• Access restrictions

• Recipient unavailability

All arrangements are made to order and are non-refundable.

Extreme Weather & Holidays

During extreme weather, arrangements will not be left outdoors.

Holiday deliveries (Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day) may involve recipient confirmation prior to arrival.
