Here’s how Modern Harvest came to life for an intimate corporate dinner at Equal Parts in San Francisco.
Modern Harvest was created for a private corporate dinner at Equal Parts in San Francisco - an evening that brought together good company, exceptional food, and a shared appreciation for beautiful details.
The client envisioned a sophisticated yet inviting tablescape that would enhance conversation and complement the warm, modern atmosphere of the restaurant. She wanted floral centerpieces that felt contemporary and artful, with a natural garden-inspired look - elevated, but never overpowering.
Modern Harvest brings together the rich colors and textures of the season. Burnt orange dahlias, chartreuse orchids, lime anthuriums, and delicate yellow oncidium dance above lush green dianthus and seasonal greens. The design sits in a handcrafted ceramic vessel, keeping the profile open and airy so guests can easily see and connect across the table.
Every stem is chosen for its movement and character, creating a composition that feels effortless yet refined.
It's a celebration of seasonal beauty with a modern perspective.
The dinner took place in the private dining room at Equal Parts, one of San Francisco's most beloved restaurants. The long communal table was set with warm candlelight, amber glassware, natural linens, and custom menus — the perfect setting for an unforgettable evening.
A series of Modern Harvest centerpieces ran down the table, creating rhythm, color, and a sense of welcome from the moment guests arrived. The floral palette echoed the warmth of the space and the energy of the season, making the evening feel both intimate and elevated.
